We Love David-Day 4

I seen a poll on the Internet today, questioning 'Is David Tennant you sexiest Scottish Male?'. In all honestly i don't even think that question should be dignified with an answer! Lets face facts, hes not only the sexiest Scottish male but probably the sexiest in the universe. And when i say universe i do literally mean the entire galaxy. He is Doctor Who after all, he can travel to any planet in any parallel universe at any point in time, and if that doesn't give David status to be labeled the 'sexiest male' then all's you have to do is look at that bloody fantastic hair and pretty much perfect smile to see exactly what I'm talking about. If your not into tall, dark and handsome men with a genuinely funny personality then that's fine, you go ahead and marry Piers Morgan, but for me David Tennant defiantly tops the Scottish male poll.

We Love David-Day 3

Last night I realised i actually had no idea when David Tennants birthday was, and so after a brief two minute Google check i discovered that Mr Tennant was in fact born on the eighteenth of April, nineteen seventy one. Half an hour later, after a double cheese burger, large fries and large coke, i again found myself thinking of the very same man, this time wondering what exactly would be the perfect present for our beloved Doctor? And so (as you can probably guess) the rest of my evening was spent debating back and forth on the absolute ultimate birthday gift i would ideally send to David. All the usual stuff came first, a Ferrari F430 Spider for example or a gorgeous country manner with one thousand over sized rooms, including eighty six fitted bathrooms. But then i realised i did not have ten million pound, or the chance to actually meet David to give him this, out-of-this-world gift, so i was eventually forced to conclude that this David you will be receiving the only thing i can actually send you. A Happy Birthday card. And yes i am sure you will receive thousands of these cards from similar fans up and down the country, but still ... who would ever complain about a complete stranger sending you a card celebrating the day you born! Happy Birthday David Tennent (on the eighteenth of April 1971)

We Love David-Day 2

When it comes to love stories we all know that with out that box of extra soft tissues and that bar of extra large Dairy Milk how would we survive? True, we will never rid of these stereotypical macho men calling us ‘silly’ or ‘overemotional’; but I challenge one person, male or female, to last the whole of P.S I Love You without being defeated by the sniffles! And if you do … your just pain heartless! Perhaps then the reason so many of us seem to be falling at Davids feet can be found in the romantic genre that seems to be overtaking Doctor Who. Rose loves the Doctor, but the Doctor doesn’t love Rose. The doctor loves Rose but Rose is over The Doctor. The Doctor and Rose both love each other but are separated by radio activity, alien life force and a whole parallel universe. David Tennant’s Doctor represents the modern man! No longer must we suffer from the emotion hiding male syndrome ladies, because with The Doctor comes a whole new generation of softies. Men that are actually not afraid to show a tiny bit of emotion, for fear of being ridiculed at the lads weekly drinking sesh. With the past Doctors it has to be said that there's never been so much int rest from the female population, so whatever David's doing i think we can all agree hes doing it well. I mean who can help all us ladies wanting to watch a modern Doctor Who, when all of a sudden we are hit with this emotion showing, completely relaxed, totally lovable Doctor!

We Love David-Day 1

From Doctor Who to Shakespeare's Hamlet there's no denying David Tennant is in complete control of mastering any role thrown his way, but I'm pretty sure its not just Davids acting talent that has half the nations women overcome with joy every time we hear that familiar Doctor Who theme tune blasting from our living room. Could we possibly have asked for a more energetic yet completely charming and somewhat irresistible Doctor? We may as well admit it girls, David Tennant has stood by us through think and thin. We may have been occasionally stood up, let down or even returned home to cringe with thoughts of the worst date ever in existence; but… at the end of the day we all know that Mr Tennant will always be there waiting for us, at half seven, every Saturday. And my God, have you ever know a man with better hair! I mean I won’t deny that Colin Firth, strolling out of that lake with a dripping wet shirt on and dark wavy hair didn’t impress me. But there’s something about the Doctor locks that just never fails to amaze every time he struts his stuff across our 37 inch LCD plasma’s (in HD.)
